A Business Visa is required and can easily be obtained via your closest Venezuelan Embassy with the supplied documents from our real estate agent. Appx cost of this 1 year visa is $80 USD.

Persons interested in purchasing may provide an initial deposit of $5,000 USD. Balance due within 15 business days with property transfer.

The deposit will place the property on hold and begin the necessary paperwork.
